EXPLOSIVE Bill Targets Marxists for Mass Deportation…

Rep. Chip Roy has introduced legislation that would denaturalize and deport immigrants affiliated with Marxist, communist, or Islamic fundamentalist ideologies, marking one of the boldest attempts to restore ideological vetting standards not seen since the Cold War era.

Roy’s Bold Stand Against Ideological Infiltration

Rep. Chip Roy introduced the Measures Against Marxism’s Dangerous Adherents and Noxious Islamists Act of 2026, legislation designed to prevent America from importing ideologies fundamentally opposed to constitutional principles. The Texas congressman directly confronted what he describes as systematic exploitation of immigration loopholes by those who “hate us.” Roy’s bill specifically targets affiliations with the Chinese Communist Party, socialist organizations like the Democratic Socialists of America, and Islamic fundamentalist groups. This approach revives Cold War-era protections from the 1952 McCarran-Walter Act while addressing modern threats flowing through America’s southern border.

Closing the Immigration Loopholes

The MAMDANI Act establishes clear definitions for socialist, communist, and Islamic fundamentalist affiliations while eliminating chain migration pathways that have enabled mass importation of ideologically hostile populations. Roy draws explicit parallels to Europe’s struggles with Marxist and Islamist advances, arguing America faces similar threats particularly affecting Texas border communities. The legislation grants federal authorities expanded denaturalization powers against naturalized citizens discovered to hold these affiliations. This represents a fundamental shift toward protecting American values through immigration policy, prioritizing ideological compatibility over open-door policies that have characterized recent decades of failed border management.

The Red-Green Alliance Threat

Roy identifies what he calls the “Red-Green Alliance”—the intersection between Marxism and Islamic fundamentalism—as a coordinated threat requiring decisive legislative action. The bill directly addresses concerns about DSA influence in American politics, Chinese Communist Party infiltration, and Islamist extremism emboldened by post-2020 campus protests and border surges. Critics immediately attacked the legislation’s acronym, which references Democratic Socialist politician Zohran Mamdani, claiming the bill targets political opponents based on race and ideology. However, supporters recognize the bill addresses legitimate security concerns about admitting individuals whose core beliefs oppose constitutional governance, individual liberty, and traditional American values.

Constitutional Implications and Path Forward

The legislation faces certain legal challenges on First Amendment grounds, though historical precedent supports ideological vetting in immigration decisions. Unlike citizens whose speech enjoys full protection, aliens seeking entry or naturalization can constitutionally face ideological scrutiny to protect national security. The bill remains in early stages without committee referral or confirmed cosponsors, suggesting passage faces significant hurdles even in a Republican-controlled House. Immigration law firms and advocacy organizations will likely mount fierce opposition, framing the measure as overreach despite its roots in longstanding American tradition of excluding those hostile to constitutional principles. If enacted, the MAMDANI Act would reshape immigration enforcement by reestablishing that American citizenship requires more than physical presence—it demands ideological compatibility with the founding principles that built the greatest nation on earth.

  1. I support that bill to protect America. Madmani is obviously anti America. Problem is that his supporters will gravitate to NY while he is in office and others will leave. There may not be enough votes needed to fix the problem. Dems won’t even try to help until it is too late.

  2. Their form of religion is all encompassing, they want their own Sharia court, their own Sharia laws over our laws. This does not appear they want to assimilate and become citizens of our nation. Let them stay or go home to their own nation.
