Their base is primarily poorly educated(by choice) and has been manipulated by literal bribery of federal giveaways. The term “from the womb to the tomb” is now their lifestyle. The first 5 African Americans elected to Congress were Republicans. Look at the recent Somali invasion. Over 70 % are STILL on public subsidy after 10 years.
