US Yet to See Worst on Illegal Immigration Invasion, Border Patrol Head Warns

The worst days are still ahead for the United States with respect to illegal immigration.

The invaders face no consequences for violating America’s laws and territorial integrity, according to a warning by Raul Ortiz, the Chief of US Border Patrol. This was found in a deposition that he made last month.

Five Million Illegals and Counting

Ortiz’s chilling foreboding was made in Florida at the end of last month. Though in the meantime, there has been a report that almost five million illegal aliens entered America since President Joe “Open Borders” Biden took over 19 months ago.

More precisely, the figure stood at 4.9 million illegal invaders as of the end of July, according to FAIR (Federation for American Immigration Reform), a nonprofit tackling illegal immigration.

The figure is based entirely on data from the US Customs and Border Protection agency of the federal government.

It breaks down, as follows: 3.9 million illegals have been apprehended after unlawfully entering the US since January 2021. They’ve come in through US land borders, by sea, and through international airports.

This is including 3.4 million who waltzed in through the practically non-existent southern border; another almost one million illegals are estimated to be the gotaways who managed to sneak in undetected by US law enforcement.

Most of those who have been expelled were deported based on the Title 42 regulation adopted by the Trump administration at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. It provides for expulsion based on public health threats.

While the Biden administration tried to kill the measure, probably so even more illegals can be set free inside the US, Title 42 has been saved by the courts.

Yet, even though it remains in place, there are more reports that at least since August 2021, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security hasn’t been observing it strictly. It has, however, been releasing illegal migrants infected with coronavirus into the United States.

Illegals ‘Told’ They Can Be ‘Released’ Inside America

The unprecedented illegal immigration crisis is certainly not ending any time soon. It is only likely to get much worse, as per BP Chief Raul Ortiz’s deposition from July 28 of this year.

The deposition in question was recorded under oath and made to the Office of the Attorney General of Florida, as cited by The Daily Mail.

Ortiz’s main argument for his chilling prediction is illegal immigrants who defy the territorial integrity and laws of the United States face “no consequences” whatsoever for doing so.

He pointed out the illegal immigration invasion is going to continue at an “exponential rate” as long as the current policies favoring it remain in place.

The BP head declared, based on his experience, spikes in the numbers of illegal immigrants occur whenever “there are no consequences” for them.

Ortiz’s deposition before Florida’s Attorney General Ashley Moody was made over a discovery in a lawsuit by Moody against the US Department of Homeland Security and its border agencies.

The report notes more than two million illegal immigrants have been apprehended by US authorities so far in the 2022 fiscal year, with more than a month left to go, compared with 1.62 million in the entire 2021 fiscal year.

The figures in question don’t include the estimated number of gotaways who also entered and remained in the US.
