Red Alert: China Invades US Air Space As Biden Does Absolutely Nothing

Communist China is a definite threat to US national security and also endangers our allies like Taiwan.

They worked for decades to undermine our economy, launched COVID on the world, and have been spying relentlessly on our universities, militaries, and companies.

Now, China has breached US air space with a giant spy balloon. It’s really not surprising to hear about China invading our territory, considering it’s already been going on for decades.

They have increasingly taken over our lands and companies, spied on our lives, and done things more malicious and daring than many realize.

What Happened?

Earlier this week, what appears to be a giant Chinese spy balloon entered US territory through Alaska. According to national security, the balloon was spotted and discovered in Montana. Reports of it having been blown up near Billings were later denied.

A senior member of the National Law Program of the Heritage Foundation and also representative of the marine lawyers’ group, Cully Stimson, said the U.S. has a full right to take down the spy balloon and it is a totally legal act.

Stimson said everything is in accordance with the law according to the protocols and treaties of the Geneva Conventions. According to Stimson, U.S. airspace may be legally defended by all means necessary.

Pentagon Responds

According to Pentagon officials, the Chinese spy balloon was flying over U.S. airspace at an altitude of about 60,000 feet. Hudson Institute senior member Bryan Clark says U.S. airspace extends legally up to an altitude of around 100,000 feet.

Clark, too, states it is almost impossible to find any other type of aircraft at an altitude of more than 60,000 feet. Clark made it clear that for the legal shooting down of a balloon, it is only possible if it is not manned and in U.S. air space.

James Andrew Lewis, director of the Strategic Technologies Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, said the data on the airspace limit is sometimes not exactly clear, because it has extremely high altitudes.

Yet, undoubtedly, the Chinese balloon was flying over American airspace.

The Balloon Is Still Up

So far, the balloon remains intact and in the U.S. skies. The Pentagon has not yet assumed action to take down the balloon and says it will be over the U.S. for a “few” more days.

The concern of the official federal agents revolves around what could cause the ship’s debris on American soil.

U.S. Foreign Council Senior Vice President Ilan Berman said it was possible that non-intervention so far may be an attempt by the Biden administration not to respond to China’s provocation.

Margaret Thatcher’s senior research and security researcher at the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, Victoria Coates, said China made it clear that the entry into the U.S. is a test to see how the U.S. reacts to it.

Apparently, we’re serving as lab rats for China and Biden has given his endorsement.
