Joe Biden lashed out, saying, “I have no response!” after being finally asked about his son’s emails containing reports about his foreign dealings.

On Friday night, the Democratic presidential nominee was finally asked about the explosive report that the New York Post reported, which alleges how his son, Hunter Biden, made millions in exchange for his father’s influence.

The reporter asked if Biden had a response to the reports to which Joe Biden answered with, “I have no response!”

Joe Biden spoke to reporters waiting outside his private jet on Friday night after his Michigan campaign events. He was then approached about the subject by Bo Erickson, a CBS News reporter.

Erickson asked Biden, “Mr. Biden, what is your response to the New York Post story about your son, sir?”

Biden fired back and went after the reporter. His response was, “I knew you’d ask it. I have no response. It’s another smear campaign, right up your alley, those are the questions you always ask.”

Last Wednesday, the Biden campaign previously made a statement about the New York Post Story. They said that the former Vice President “carried out official U.S. policy toward Ukraine and engaged in no wrongdoing.” They further added that the Trump administration officials attested to these facts under oath.

The New York Post obtained an email dated 2015. It indicates that Pozharskyi, a Ukrainian businessman, thanked Hunter Biden for giving him an opportunity to meet his father, Joe Biden. The latter was then sitting as the vice president of former President Barack Obama.

The emails also suggest that Joe Biden was more deeply involved in his son’s business dealings. Contrary to how he has been consistently denying his knowledge or involvement with it.

This controversy escalated further when Twitter and Facebook started banning the sharing of the articles on their social media platform.

The Facebook spokesman Andy Stone tweeted on Wednesday saying, “While I will intentionally not link to the New York Post, I want to be clear that this story is eligible to be fact-checked by Facebook’s third-party fact-checking partners,” He further added that “In the meantime, we are reducing its distribution on our platform.”

Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey on the other hand, claimed in a statement that they had taken this action to ban the article from being posted due to the company’s “Hacked Materials Policy”, which prevents its users from sharing the New York Post article.

ABC News host declined to ask about Hunter’s emails

On Thursday night, the host of ABC News, George Stephanopoulos, sparked controversy after failing to ask Joe Biden about his son’s emails during the 90-minute town hall.

Meanwhile, on Friday, President Trump claimed that Joe Biden had a “very bad showing” at his town hall speech. The President further slammed ABC news host Stephanopoulos, who was also a former democratic advisor, for not asking about the issue surrounding Joe Biden’s son.

The ABC news anchor has not yet made any response to the attack.

President Trump wrote on Twitter, “Sleepy Joe Biden had a very bad showing last night, despite the fact that @GStephanopoulos didn’t ask him any questions on his being a ‘corrupt politician.’ Big Tech & Lamestream Media are working hard to hide this corruption!!!”

After the President’s combative town hall with NBC host, Savannah Guthrie, President Trump spent Friday morning sending a series of tweets. The tweets emphasize criticisms about the Biden and accusations that Twitter was down on Thursday to slow down the spread of Hunter Biden’s story.

Split Screen Town Halls

On Thursday night, the two presidential nominees went into the split-screen town halls. However, Conservatives echoed criticism of how Guthrie kept the President on his toes with quick questions, repeated follow ups, and how she pushed him to answer questions. Conservatives emphasized how there was proof of media bias.

Moreover, Guthrie interrupted President Trump with a question every 12 seconds; meanwhile, Stephanopoulos even forgot to ask about Joe Biden’s son’s emails.
