Two security guards who murdered a woman with breathing problems because she hadn’t pulled up her COVID-19 face mask have been fully acquitted.
This comes in a shockingly outrageous ruling in Canada’s largest city, Toronto, underscoring the scope of human monstrosity unlocked by the coronavirus pandemic hysteria.
Died Like George Floyd, But No Woke Riots Followed
The murder of 43-year-old Danielle Stephanie Warriner occurred in a hospital hallway in Toronto, Canada, in March 2020; it happened the same way George Floyd died in Minneapolis, Minnesota in May 2020, a report by HotAir revealed.
The difference is there wasn’t and still isn’t an outburst of woke protests over her death. Instead of taking meth or fentanyl, the 125-pound woman was suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) – a non-contagious condition.
It was precisely because of the difficulty breathing caused by her COPD that Warriner lowered her face mask when she was confronted by the two security guards enforcing the dictatorial mask mandate.
The two defendants – 42-year-old Amanda Rojas-Silva and 35-year-old Shane Hutley – had been charged with criminal negligence and manslaughter over Warriner’s killing.
They adamantly denied the charges and claimed they only used necessary force to restrain the poor woman who had already been struggling to breathe, due to her medical condition.
However, a Canadian judge ruled there was insufficient evidence to launch a criminal trial in the case; according to CBC News, the prosecution has no plans to appeal that decision.
The HotAir report emphasized there seemed to be plentiful evidence of the killing of the 43-year-old patient who – as it turned out – didn’t even have COVID-19 when she was tackled mercilessly by the coronavirus dictate enforcers.
The evidence includes security video footage of the altercation and testimonies from two other security staffers that the guards put weight on the woman’s back when she was on the floor.
The testimony of a forensic pathologist also said Warriner would be alive if she hadn’t been “restrained.” To top it all off, one of the two defendants admitted to lying that Warriner had attacked them first.

Brutal Force Justified by COVID Hysteria
The report also pointed out that another security guard deliberately turned away a CCTV camera from the crime scene to prevent the altercation from being taped.
It is noted that Warriner had been admitted to the hospital because of her COPD problems and was just sitting in the hallway with her face mask lowered. When the guards came to force her to lift it, she refused because she had trouble breathing.
The brutes reacted by tossing her against the wall, then lying that she attacked them. However, video footage showed there was nothing of the sort.
After that, a different guard turned away a security camera. The woman was then thrown to the ground and held down with a knee and total body weight to her back. She told them she had difficulty breathing, but to no avail.
When she lost consciousness, the guards handcuffed her and put her in a wheelchair before noticing she wasn’t breathing and calling the doctors.
She never regained consciousness; a coroner’s report said she died due to a brain injury caused by a lack of oxygen, with her underlying condition also a factor.
The report concludes the guards’ excessive force reaction. The Canadian judge’s dismissive ruling would probably never have happened, had it not been for the all-permeating COVID-19 hysteria.
Canadian judge tosses aside a murder case – security guards attacked &killed a COPD patient who couldn’t wear a #mask in the hospital. “The judge dismissed the case. Because COVID hysteria created a climate where such actions were understandable.”
